Laboratory analysis

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific agreement, Good Stick's role is specimen collection and related logistics. Laboratory testing, analysis, interpretation, and reporting are performed by the applicable laboratory and other responsible professionals.

Regulated testing

Good Stick will only represent a service as meeting a particular regulated testing program when the required collector qualifications, forms, laboratory, review, documentation, and other program requirements are in place.

No patient information through the public form

Do not use the public website form to transmit patient names, dates of birth, test results, diagnoses, medical records, or other protected health information.

Intellectual property

The Good Stick name, visual identity, website design, and original content are proprietary to their respective owner(s). No trademark symbol is used on this launch version.
